North Carolina Commercial Authorization – As per NC Session Laws 2014-100 2015-232 and 2017-179 Remote Pilots operating in NC Commercially must pass the N.C. Department of Transportation’s’ UAS Operator’s Knowledge Test, and obtain a UAS permit from the NCDOT Division of Aviation. For more info please visit the NCDOT website.
